榮達公(gong)(gong)司(si)的迅猛發展(zhan),離不開獨具風格的“公(gong)(gong)司(si)+農(nong)(nong)(nong)戶”和“公(gong)(gong)司(si)+農(nong)(nong)(nong)場”的運作(zuo)模式。公(gong)(gong)司(si)通(tong)過(guo)與農(nong)(nong)(nong)戶在(zai)平等、自(zi)愿、互(hu)利的基(ji)礎上簽訂經濟合同(tong)(tong),讓養(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)戶養(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)種鴨(ya)和肉鴨(ya),以契約機制結成利益共同(tong)(tong)體,再通(tong)過(guo)合作(zuo)社建立(li)“虛擬車間”將(jiang)散(san)養(yang)農(nong)(nong)(nong)戶集中在(zai)一起,從(cong)而形(xing)成一個個規模化的養(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)基(ji)地(di),合作(zuo)社針對養(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)戶養(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)經驗缺乏、文(wen)化水平低等問(wen)題(ti),派出(chu)(chu)技術(shu)人員長期(qi)入(ru)住養(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)基(ji)地(di),為養(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)戶提供“一對一”的服務(wu),從(cong)鴨(ya)苗出(chu)(chu)雛到出(chu)(chu)欄提供24小時全(quan)程(cheng)(cheng)技術(shu)服務(wu),實現了產(chan)前、產(chan)中和產(chan)后(hou)“保姆式”服務(wu),市場風險由公(gong)(gong)司(si)承擔,每個環(huan)節都(dou)制定(ding)出(chu)(chu)標準程(cheng)(cheng)序。
2013年以來(lai),公(gong)司升級養殖(zhi)(zhi)板塊,發展建設(she)農(nong)(nong)場(chang)項(xiang)目(mu),將原來(lai)的(de)“公(gong)司+農(nong)(nong)戶(hu)”模式(shi)變(bian)為(wei)“公(gong)司+農(nong)(nong)場(chang)”模式(shi)。這種新的(de)模式(shi)中,養殖(zhi)(zhi)自動化、集約化程度都(dou)得到(dao)了提高,能(neng)有效解決普通肉鴨養殖(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備落后、管理粗放(fang)、效益低下(xia)等(deng)突出問題。 養(yang)鴨(ya)產(chan)生的(de)鴨(ya)糞在(zai)發(fa)酵囊充分腐熟后用(yong)其(qi)替代化肥(fei)施入雜交狼尾草、柳枝(zhi)稷(ji)等(deng)優(you)質牧草的(de)種植(zhi)區,不(bu)僅能(neng)促(cu)進其(qi)生長(chang)、節約肥(fei)料費用(yong),還(huan)能(neng)改善土壤狀(zhuang)況,提高土壤質量(liang),優(you)質牧草還(huan)可用(yong)于養(yang)鵝(e),產(chan)生經(jing)濟效。
對于食品安全問題,公司領導層高度重視,積極推動,公司上下認真負責,嚴格要求。從孵化到養殖,從飼料到宰殺每個環節都嚴格控制,各個板塊協同合作,為打造高唐綠色無藥殘鴨肉品牌共同努力。養殖基地方面,公司積極進行升級,建設生態農場。農場以一千畝左右為一個片區,連片建設,集中管理,專人負責,嚴格管控。公司與養殖戶簽訂《無藥殘保證書》,嚴格遵循獸藥的規范用藥程序和質量,為控制食品安全提供了用藥保障。通過種養結合的方式,利用桑樹、竹柳等植物吸污能力強、耐水濕的特點吸收養殖排泄物,改善了養殖環境,減少了病毒來源,為控制食品安全提供了環境保障。在農場主的選擇上,公司亦優先啟用管理能力強、專業素質高、富有學習力、具有社會責任感的年輕人,提升養殖水平和從業人員的檔次,為控制食品安全提供了人力保障。
